Terms and Conditions
o Our pricing page gives a guide to our prices, but written quotations will be provided on request.
o A signed booking form will be required before we begin any project. The booking form sets out details of the task and any specific requirements, and indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
o Payment can be made by cheque or Paypal and must be paid within 28 days from the date of the invoice.
o We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
o If the bank returns a cheque, the client will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from the returned cheque.
o We will offer only those services which we are experienced and equipped to provide.
o Although we endeavour to ensure that all documentation is presented to the highest standards,
final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed work rests with the client. We will be happy to correct free of charge, any errors notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of completed work, or 7 days for work of more than 3000 words.
o All incoming emails will be scanned for viruses. We will not open any unsolicited emails
containing attachments, unless the attachment is clearly defined in the text of the email.
